Team Lead in mid-term evaluation of the 2018-2022 UNDP program for strengthening devolved governance in Kenya targeting 8 northern counties of Kenya and assessment of the United Nations Delivering as One program in Turkana County.

Development of Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Plan for the USAID Mission Organizational Development Support (MODS) Program in Kenya.

Kenya Project title: Joint Case Study: Evaluation (Outcome Mapping) of the Health Systems Advocacy Partnership and Watershed Partnership

Details of services provided:

This was the end of project evaluation for the devolution support program using outcome mapping. The product was a joint case study of the Health Systems Advocacy Partnership and Watershed Partnership in Kajiado, Kenya.

Details of services provided:

This was an end of project evaluation for the Kenya Accountable and Inclusive Political Processes (KAIP) project using the outcome mapping approach.

Somalia Project title: Development of M&E Systems for High Risk Prisoners rehabilitation project in Baidoa, Somalia

Details of services provided:

Development of an M&E system, data collection tools, revised logical framework, reporting templates for a rehabilitation project for high risk (former al Shabaab commanders) in Baidoa Main Prison. Field visit to study project and discuss with project implementers and stakeholders, producing the deliverables and capacity building of implementing staff.

Somalia Project title: CVE End of project evaluation, Oct/Nov  2019

Details of services provided:

End of project evaluation for “Research on Experiences in the Kenyan Criminal Justice System and Rates of Violent Extremism” The study was a meta evaluation of the study process in several counties affected by violent extremism in Kenya.

November – December 2019 Client: Norway Labour Organization, LO Norway funded

 

Kenya Project title: Evaluation of the SENTRO Project in the Philippines

Details of services provided:

Final Evaluation of the project implemented by SENTRO, a labour organization in the Philippines aimed at strengthening the labour movement in the Philippines.  The Evaluation generated key outcome results, identified challenges and lessons learnt and recommendations to guide the 2020-2024 project period.

Kenya Project title: National consultant: Evaluation of the Kenya United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) 2014-2018

Details of services provided:

Final Evaluation of the United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) 2014-2018. The United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF 2014- 2018) is the fourth-generation Programme of UN support to Kenya. The Evaluation generated strategic outcomes, impacts and identified best practices, lessons learnt and recommendations guided by the UNEG guidelines and criteria of evaluation.

September 2019 Client: Kilimo Trust Tanzania office, Comic Relief funded Kenya Project title: Final Evaluation of the Calories and Household Income from Potato Subsector (CHIPS) project in Tanzania (CHIPS) Project, Tanzania, September 2019

Details of services provided:

Final evaluation of the project in Southern and Northern Highlands of Tanzania. Engaging government institutions, Private sector and Farmer groups involved in the potato value chain project.

August 2019 Client: Norwegian Church AID Regional office, Funded Norwegian Government Kenya Project title: Development of Results Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for Norwegian Church Aid Regional Peace program 2020-2024

Details of services provided:

Partner facilitation to review and finalize results M&E framework for Regional peace program and development of activities and targets for the new NORAD program 2020-2024. Contributing to the narrative  proposal for the new NORAD application
